Simple Dandy Radish MiniStick Marinade



  1. Begin by removing the rosemary and thyme from the stems.
  2. Add the herbs, radishes and garlic to a food processor and pulse to chop and combine.
  3. Add the contents of the food processor to an extra-large plastic bag. Add in the olive oil and vinegar. Close the bag and shake to mix.
  4. Add beef or pork to the bag and massage. Let meat rest in the bag until ready to cook.

When ready to cook, remove the meat from the bag and discard the bag containing the marinade.
