Southwest Grilled Sweet Corn



  1. Using an outdoor grill, on low heat cook corn in its husk for 45 minutes or until tender
  2. Remove corn from grill, cover with foil. Let cool for 10 to 20 minutes
  3. Cleanly pull back husks, removing all hairs simultaneously. Leave husks at the base of the cob, creating a handle
  4. Lather each ear with sour cream
  5. Season each ear liberally with all spices, creating both color and flavor
  6. Present on platter, garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
